Long-form prose describing a resource. The Markdown counterpart of rdfs.comment: where comment is a short, plain one-liner, documentation is rich CommonMark that can embed [[reference]] links to specific resources (resolved through the document's import closure and validated like any reference). No domain is asserted - like rdfs.comment it applies to any resource. Rendered as a prose section by the look layer (self-suppressing when absent), so a package can describe its purpose and how its resources fit together, a class can document itself, and so on.
