Figure

Embeds a resource's SemanticSvg at full tier as a page figure. With no slots it shows the page instance's own svg — a resource's visual identity displayed on its own page (e.g. a thesis's confidence card). An optional `source` reference embeds another resource's svg instead. Because the 4-tier SemanticSvg is responsive, the figure renders the full tier at its display width.
