Nav Link

A single entry in a publisher's navigation. References a target resource (typically a package or named resource); the rendered label comes from `rdfs.label` (on the NavLink itself if set, otherwise on the target). URL form is controlled by the `look.urlForm` annotation on the `target` property (default `*`).
