Publisher Packages

A grid of the publisher's packages — the latest version of each — as cards (SemanticSvg + label + truncated comment) linking to each bare `/{package}` overview. Takes no slots; it enumerates the packages authored by the page's publisher. The discovery section of a publisher root view (PublisherView).
