Section Nav

An in-page table of contents: a row of anchor links to every SectionHeading on the page, in document order, letting a reader jump straight to a section. Takes no inputs — it derives its links from the view's own SectionHeading bands. Place it before the first section. Renders nothing when the view has no section headings.
