For EmbeddedViews: when true, a table-of-contents nav is rendered above the sections, with one link per item pointing at that item's on-page anchor. Each rendered section carries an `id` matching the item's URI-fragment path (`<sourceProperty>.<itemKey>`), so the links resolve as in-page jumps and the same anchors back deep links of the form `…/spec#hasConvention.<key>`. Absent or false renders the sections with anchors but no nav.
