Packages

For PublisherPackages: an optional explicit, ordered list of the packages to feature. Each value references a package's self-resource (the Package instance whose name equals the package name, e.g. `kp.kanonak-protocol`). When present, the band shows only these packages in author order instead of auto-enumerating the publisher's whole catalog. urlForm is "*" — each card links to the latest version of its package.
