Property

Has Value

A value the property must have: at least one of its values equals this one. Here the value is a named individual (an enumeration member, a registered entry), compared by identity; a literal hasValue on a datatype property is not yet expressible and is reported as a definition error. On its own it requires a value; inside a qualified value shape it is what selects the values being counted. Mirrors sh:hasValue.
