Qualified Value Shape

A shape that each value of the property is checked against, so that qualifiedMinCount and qualifiedMaxCount can bound how many of the values conform to it. Written inline — a property shape (it has a path, and is evaluated with the value as its focus node) or a node shape — or as a reference to a named shape. It counts values; it does not constrain the property's own cardinality. Mirrors sh:qualifiedValueShape.
