Media Type

A named IANA media type (MIME type). Used on RawBlock instances to tell backends how to interpret the raw content. Modeled as a named-instance vocabulary (rather than plain strings) so backend dispatch stays URI-equal rather than string-equal, consistent with the rest of the ontology.
