A stylesheet (Cascading Style Sheets) source. Used by the stylesheet backend to pass CSS through verbatim, and by HTML backends that wrap RawBlock(text/css) in a `<style>` element. The natural shape for the protocol-level baseline stylesheet that universal-derivations binds at `(formats.stylesheet, default)` on rdfs.Resource — the chrome consumers inject so every Kanonak Browser shares the same look out of the box.
