Publisher Packages

A grid of the publisher's packages as cards (SemanticSvg + label + truncated comment) linking to each bare `/{package}` overview. The discovery section of a publisher root view (PublisherView). By default it enumerates every package the page's publisher authors (latest version of each, alphabetical). Authoring an explicit `packages` list curates it instead: only the listed packages show, in author order — for featuring a small headline set on a landing page rather than dumping the full catalog.
