Protocols Look

Presentation for the protocols vocabulary. Augments Protocol, Convention, Rule, and Example with views tuned to their embedded, list-heavy structure — section anchors, a contents index, and per-rule tables — so a specification reads like a document. Renders every prose field (the Protocol's documentation, a Convention's summary, a Rule's text and rationale, an Example's body and description) through look.Markdown so embedded [[references]] resolve to links and fenced code blocks are syntax-highlighted, rather than leaking as literal text. Examples render as embedded mini-documents (not table cells), so a code-heavy example's `body` shows as a full-width highlighted block.
