Returns true when compareLeft is the same member as compareRight, or reaches it through viaProperty's transitive closure. Reflexivity lives in the operator, not the property, so a strictly-ordered vocabulary need not declare itself reflexive to be comparable. Members with no path between them yield false, not an error, which is the fail-closed direction for a predicate.
