KernelSemantics
Primitive semantics are defined by the kanonak-wire runtime kernel at wireFormatVersion "1" (big-endian, strict UTF-8, lowercase UUID canonical form, fail-loud error taxonomy). Generated codecs MUST call the published kanonak-wire kernel for these semantics, never reimplement them.
The kernel is the one audited, conformance-vector-gated implementation of the determinism traps per language; reimplementation is where cross-language divergence is born.
